Eligibility for Refunds

  1. The request for a refund must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
  2. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  3. Custom or personalized items, including printed materials with specific designs, may not be eligible for a refund unless there is a defect or error with the product.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at accounts@optimapixels.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any supporting images if applicable.
  2. Return Authorization: Upon receipt of your refund request, our team will review it and issue a return authorization (if applicable) with instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Return the Product: After receiving return instructions, please ship the item back to us in its original packaging and condition.
  4. Refund Approval: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  5. Refund Processing: If your refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method within a reasonable time frame. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for a refund, including:

  • Custom, personalized, or bespoke items that were printed with specific designs as per the customer’s request.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, we will offer a replacement or full refund. In this case:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • We may request photographic evidence of the issue to process your refund or replacement quickly.

Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided for items that do not meet the above eligibility criteria. Additionally, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
